Day 3 Highlights

Spirit of Sir John Falstaff observes the races

February 29, 2012.  I did not take any pictures on Day three of the journey to the Merry Wives of Windsor.  This was a major leg of the journey to hugging Micheal Rawley and getting my seat in the theatre for the show.  I won a Gold Medal in the 100 Metre Sprint and a silver Medal in the 1 km journey to the Merry Wives of Windsor.  Following Dinner was Karaoke in the Newman Newstone Dining Room.

Helaina Rothenberg sings the Barracuda Song.  This song is in reverance of the Barrie Swim Team

Day 4 Highlights

March 1, 2012.  This was the last day for many members of Team Ontario.  I only had one race left in the journey to Theatre by the Bay's Production of The Merry Wives of Windsor.

A safe and successful finish in the 500 meter sprint to the finish within 2 minutes and 15 seconds and 40 Miliseconds.  This resulted in a Gold Medal.  It did not matter which place I arrive in.  I was on my way to see Theatre by the Bay's Production of the Merry Wives of Windsor.

A wild fall.  If you fall, you must get back up and keep moving or you will miss the show.

2.5 KM Highlights from on the course

Out on the course of the 2.5 course.

The a pack of skiers try to make their way to the Mady Centre as fast as they can to get their seats for the Merry Wives of Windsor.

At the end of the day, the awards are hung with care before they are awarded to the athletes.

Following Podium, it was time to board Golden Arrow Airlines for a flight back to the hotel.

following Dinner, it was time to board Golden Arrow Airlines for a short trip to the Mayfield Hotel for the Healthy Athleates and Magic Show.  Many athletes opted to miss the Magic show to have their eyes checked.  The Eye Exam Queue took forever.  I opted to go to the Magic Show.  Highlights will follow.

Keep your Ears to the Tracks for More great photos on the Journey to the Merry Wives Windsor.
