The Journey to the Mady

Thursday, June 28, 2012.  This is the day the Golden Plane touches down on the tarmac to take me to the Mady Centre for the Performing Arts.

After Breakfast in the Robert Joy Dining Hall, It was time to check my luggage, go through security and fly to the Mady Centre to see Man of La Mancha.

After clearing Security, it's time to taxi out of Somewhere, Southern Ontario.

The Golden Plane taxis onto a gravel taxiway.  Time to fasten you seatbelts, seats in the upright positions, tray tables closed, carry-on luggage stored away under your seat, and prepare for take-off.

Passing the Duntroon Walker Quarry.  BOO!!!! Stop The MEGA QUARRY.  Last year, I though that the Duntroon Quarry was going to be expanded.  Did you know that the MEGA QUARRY is deeper than Niagara Falls?

Decending the Duntroon Roller Coaster.

Thank you Stayner Rental for the Shaman's Kabota Tram for its second year in operation at OM.  2010 a Polaris cart was rented.  2011 and 2012, a Kabota was rented.

The Golden Plane flies through large fields on its way to the Mady Centre.

Don't forget to lift your feet for the train tracks.  Hut!

The Golden Plane touches down in Barrie, ON

After a safe and smooth landing, The Golden Plane taxis towards Uptown Barrie.  The Mady Centre is only a few kilometers away
